Coaching is goal-oriented.
Sessions take place over a video platform (Zoom or Facetime), or in person, if you live near Durham, NC.
My clients are motivated to make changes and often practice between-session homework, including self-awareness logs, embodied mindfulness exercises, and behavior experiments in order to practice new ways of being.
Coaching goals may include:
Accountability and support as you move toward a goal (incorporating exercise or another health goal, making new friends, dating, changing jobs, etc)
Learning or deepening an individually-tailored Compassionate Self-Parenting practice, Mindfulness, or Meditation practice
Mind/Body/Spirit Audit and tailored suggestions for improvement
Understanding historical insecurities and making self-empowering behavior changes
