Evaluation/Consultation (60 minutes)

The initial evaluation appointment includes discussion of your concerns, goals, and our sense of fit for working together.

Individual Therapy (55 minutes)

One-on-one appointments which are tailored to you and your goals.

Couples Therapy (60 minutes)

Sessions that focus on developing communication and conflict resolution skills between partners of all gender and sexual identities.

Payment

Payment in the form of cash or check is preferred; debit, credit, and HSA cards also accepted.

Cancellation Policy

If an appointment is cancelled inside of the 24 hour window, the full session fee is charged. Insurance companies do not reimburse for cancellation fees.

Insurance

I am out-of-network (OON) for private insurance companies (besides BCBS*), however some insurance companies will reimburse you for a percentage of the fee. I am happy to provide the form to submit to your insurance company for this and you can submit the form online or through the phone app Better. To inquire about your OON benefits, call the phone number on the back of your insurance card and ask the following questions...

• Do I have out-of-network behavioral health benefits?

• What is the deductible for my behavioral health benefits?

• What percentage of what I pay to my doctor will be reimbursed to me?

• Is there a session limit?
